These are a couple of reviews that I have found on Trip Advisor about the Belfast Public Library, Most of them contain positive feedback to which they mention the building, helpful staff and studying facilities like tables and plug sockets. However, I have noticed in these particular reviews they haven’t mentioned about the book selection, having a good book selection in a big library like this is important to users but from my experience walking around it, it didn’t seem to have that much whereas the Ulster University Library did.
This was the first negative review that I had seen to which they are talking about the bad book selection which I mentioned before, this becomes a problem for library users who want various book but they can’t get them so they will end up accessing another library facility to which is bad for business.
Most of these reviews are positive but the bad book selection is an issue which I and other people have noticed.
