I decided to go to the Ulster University first as it is not owned by LibrariesNI and I wanted to see what they did differently to them.

These are the public workspaces available when you first walk into the library, obviously since this is located in a university there will be more available workspaces for students to complete their work at any time since the campuses and campus libraries are open 24/7 which ends up being handier for students who like to complete their work at later times or whenever is convenient for them.
This differs from LibrariesNI as they have set opening hours which can make it harder to find time to complete work in.

There are private workspaces available in this Library so students can study/read without any disturbance or noise - students are able to book these or if one is available they can just use it freely which ends up being very practical as you don’t have to interact with anyone to do this which some students may prefer.
